Adam is a Managing Director of Caprin Asset Management, serving as Chief Compliance Officer in addition to managing the firm’s operations and back office functions.  Prior to joining Caprin, Adam was a financial advisor for UBS Paine Webber's Private Client Group. Adam was also Head Golf Professional at Pleasant Valley Golfers' Club, a semi-private golf club in Northern Virginia.

Adam is an active member in the Richmond Jewish community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond and the Weinstein Jewish Community Center. He is also a Trustee of the Richmond Jewish Foundation, the endowment fund of the Richmond Jewish Community. Adam is a past board member of Jewish Family Services of Richmond. He has also been active in the greater Richmond community as well, having served as a member of the Massey Alliance, a young professionals group with a goal of raising awareness for the Massey Cancer Center of the VCU Medical System. In addition to his community activity, Adam is a proud member of the United Jewish Community's National Young Leadership Cabinet.

Adam received his Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from St. John's College Graduate Institute in 1997. He graduated Cum Laude in 1995 from Washington and LeeUniversity with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Journalism and Philosophy.
