Chip serves as Caprin's Marketing Analyst. His primary responsibilities include client integration, new account processing and coordination of marketing initiatives.

Chip received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 2005. While attending UVA, Chip was a member of the UVA Men’s Rugby team and graduated as a Senior Writer for The Cavalier Daily.  He was also an active member of UVA’s Madison House volunteer organization, participating in their Big Sibling program and coaching youth soccer in the Charlottesville area.

Chip attended James River High School in Midlothian, Virginia graduating in the top ten of his class. He served as James River’s Student Body President, Vice President, and Second-Vice President his senior, junior, and sophomore years, respectively.  He was an active member in several of his high school’s community service and academic clubs.
