J. Michael Flowers

Michael Flowers is a partner and vice president with primary responsibilities for marketing and client service in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Prior to joining Caprin, Michael was the southeast region director of business development for Sovereign Advisers. He also served three years as an internal sales consultant for Columbia Management Distributors, Inc., a Bank of America investment subsidiary. Before that, Michael worked for The Vanguard Group’s Southeast office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2000. Before relocating to Richmond, he volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and First Tee of Charlotte, and was a member of the Charlotte Economics Club.
