Harold L. Hughey, III

Chip Hughey serves as a fixed income trader with primary responsibility for trade execution responsibilities in the municipal and fixed income ETF markets. In addition, he is responsible for evaluating assigned portfolios and providing market analyses to the portfolio management and managed ETF strategy team.

Chip received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 2005. While at Virginia, Chip was a member of the men’s Rugby team and a senior writer for The Cavalier Daily. He was also a volunteer for the University’s Madison House service organization, participating in their Big Sibling program and coaching youth soccer in the Charlottesville area. He is a member of the Bond Club of Virginia.
