Cheryl Page is a managing director and serves as portfolio manager for municipal bond portfolios with mandates in Virginia and Maryland, and also serves as a member of the managed ETF strategy team. Prior to joining Caprin, Cheryl was vice president at Trusco Capital Management (formerly Crestar Asset Management) where she managed three municipal bond funds – the Virginia Intermediate Fund, the Virginia Fund, and the Maryland Fund – and also invested taxable bond accounts.

Cheryl graduated magna cum laude from State University of New York at Albany in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. She earned her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation in 1992 and her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 2000.  Cheryl is a member of CFA Virginia, serves as president of the Bond Club of Virginia, and is a past president and chairman of the board of directors of the Financial Planning Association of Central Virginia.
